Saturday was a half day and we approached it like an annual holiday, with expectation and relief . . .
September has started and you can see a lot of tourists have depearted. Second breakfast was a quiet affair . . .
Work started with some serious routing . .
And we got a result!
We worked hard as it was only a half day . . .
Christian, a guitar making colleague from 2 years ago popped in to say hello and to bring in his guitar which had a problem with the neck. Eki took a look but I don't think he will hit anything with that . .
In a moment of distraction I took photos of t-shirts . .
We arrived back at the casa for a late lunch. I decided to re-route a water pipe first . . .
Lunch became dinner . . .
The night sky was dramatic to the inebriated eye . . .
On Sunday I didn't wake until 11.30 am - BLISS
We then remembered we had invited the gang around for a barbeque . . . so activity commenced . . .
Went to Verdera (local grocery store) to replenish Fundador and realised how narrow the roads are when I am sober . .
Before sundown the jamming started . .
And pretty much went on throughout the night . . .
Frank got his one good finger ready . .
The sun went down . .
After 'Gambas a la Richmond', the barbeque got fired up for chicken and comedy sausage . .
A lot of fun was had . . .
A lot of wine, hierbas and fundador was consumed . . .
I collapsed and woke up with a sore head . .
Hasta!
